Pssssst , I want to tell you a secret.....

It is not a secret that I love oppshops!

So I decided to share with you one of my favorite oppshop around Mackay.

In my opinion the secret to a good oppshop is that it`s messy...you know stuff everywhere.. a little bit smelly perhaps .

A place were you can discover , a place were you go through piles of books, loads of patterns , boxes full to the max and no idea what`s at the bottom, racks so full of clothes , that you can hardly move them, friendly old ladies volunteering with a happy smile on their faces... That`s my kind of shop...

Not the ones where everything is clean, almost as a commercial shop, way to expensive, colour coordinated ..boring.. Great for a lot of people, but hey , just not for me.

To me it needs to be like a treasure box, I need to be able to explore.

Sooo, here it is , my secret will be out soon..

It`s beautiful, lots of stuff, lots of treasures, gorgeous volunteers, great past finds ..HEAVEN !

I`ve just done a recent trip down there, and here`s some photo`s to show you!

Go and check it out, the ladies will have a little break at the moment, but they will be back in action on Tuesday morning the 3rd of January 2017 from 10 AM till 2 PM.

Oh and euhhh, PLEASE, don`t buy all the treasure before I get in .. ;-p
